Demonstration – Street Works Pole Lift

Last week Team Commhoist performed a demo lift of a new street works pole at Hutchinson Engineering UK. 

We were tasked with creating a lifting solution for a crane and lorry loader to safely lift the new 20m street works pole from the horizontal to the vertical and place into position on a root foundation.

The below pictures show the process of the lift, using both our cranes and lorry loaders to complete the demonstration.

The versatile Commhoist fleet is made up of cranes, MEWP’s, Loaders and 4×4 Tracked Vehicles, meaning that we can adapt and react to our clients needs.
