The initial stage of any LIG project is for one of our qualified field operatives to complete a physical onsite survey.
This survey details the project from start to finish, is logged via our customer project portal, and approved by a qualified Appointed Person.

Once the onsite survey has been approved by the due-diligence team, we then compile the official quotation.
Our highly experienced and qualified teams understand what is required and the critical timescales infrastructure projects need to adhere to. The quotation will consider these factors and will offer guidance to ensure the project is completed right first time.

Following quote approval, the outline of the project is then developed.
The team will collate and provide risk assessments, a method statement of works and a visual CAD drawing of the project site. We will then communicate with and coordinate all relevant partners to ensure accurate management of the project.

At LIG we understand not only the importance of health & safety but also the importance of completing a project on schedule.
Changes can be made to the project under the supervision of a qualified onsite Appointed Person. We assign an Appointed Person to every project, this flexibility sets LIG apart and ensures the timely completion of all our projects.

Our experienced project managers will meticulously coordinate the resources, schedules, and operations of your project to ensure the safe and efficient movement and delivery of equipment. This includes overseeing tasks such as resourcing, site preparation, transportation logistics, and on-site operations to ensure that lifting projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. We also ensure clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

During the handover phase of every project, our onsite teams will ensure all relevant documentation is signed and the site is handed back over to the client.

Once the project is completed, our team will organise and document a lessons learnt review meeting. This meeting will define any clear changes that should be made on future projects. This is to ensure that as a group we are continually improving the services we deliver.
