LIG is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Bronze Award under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), marking an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to supporting the UK’s Armed Forces community.
The ERS recognises employers who demonstrate commitment, understanding and active support for defence personnel, including those currently serving, veterans, reservists, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, and the families who stand behind them. The scheme comprises three levels of recognition: Bronze, Silver and Gold, each reflecting increasing levels of advocacy and support.
Receiving the Bronze Award acknowledges LIG’s formal statement of intent to support defence personnel and to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant. It also reflects the value we place on the unique skills, experience and leadership qualities that members of the Armed Forces community bring to our organisation.
