As we close out another year at LIG, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve achieved. 2025 has been a year defined by progress, resilience, and a shared commitment to excellence. Every statistic in our Year in Review tells a story, not just of numbers, but of people, innovative ideas, and projects.
Our People: The Heart of LIG
At LIG, our success begins with our team. This year, we proudly employed 81 dedicated professionals, with 26 in our offices and 55 in the field, working tirelessly to deliver for our clients. Diversity and development remain at the core of our culture:
- 16% of our workforce comes from the Armed Forces, bringing invaluable skills and discipline.
- 5.5% are apprentices, reflecting our commitment to nurturing future talent.
- We invested in 167 training days, ensuring our people have the tools and knowledge to perform in their roles.
- 20 of our team secured internal promotions this year, reward for their hard work.
Operational Excellence
Quality is not just a goal, it’s a standard we live by. In 2025, we achieved an impressive 92.9% right first time rate, something I’m really proud of and a testament to our team. Coupled with a 100% Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score, these results speak volumes about the trust our clients place in us and the dedication of our team to deliver on every project.
Scale and Capability
Our operational footprint continues to show growth at LIG. This year, we:
- Completed 1,423 sites, helping our partners to deliver on critical projects.
- Travelled every corner of the UK with our fleet of 62 vehicles, which includes MEWPs, mobile cranes, Bockers, artic lorry loaders, ATVs, transport units, and vans. This scale demonstrates our ability to deliver nationwide, no matter whether your project is in central London or in the highlands of Scotland.
Looking Ahead
While these achievements are definitely worth celebrating, they are also a foundation for what comes next. In 2026, we will continue to invest in innovation, our processes and our people. Our goal is to enhance efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and maintain the exceptional standards that define LIG.
